Long Route via Exit 9:
3N to 89N (in NH) to exit 9 (Montpelier) in Vermont. Take a left at the end of the exit and go under the 89 overpass. Take a left onto rt. 2 and travel approximately 0.75 mile and take a right onto route 100a south toward Waitsfield. This will turn into rt. 100 after about 8 miles. Follow rt. 100/100a for about 7 more miles into Waitsfield Center. Continue south on rt. 100 for about 5 miles. Take a right on to Sugarbush Access Road (Graves Realty on right). Follow Sugarbush Access Rd for approximately 4 miles and take a left onto Golf Course Rd. Take 1st right into The Maples at Lincoln Peak on Amber Way (approx. 50 yards). Follow driveway to the last building on the right; 130 Amber Way #4.
Roxbury Gap via Exit 5
Take 93 NORTH to 89 NORTH. Follow 89 into VT and take exit Exit 5. (It will take approx. 2.5 hours to get to exit 5) Go left at the end of the ramp onto Rt.64. Stay on 64 until you pass a Run-away Truck Ramp and come to a stop sign. Go straight (mobile gas station on corner) onto Lovers Lane (mostly a dirt rd) At the end of Lovers Lane go left onto 12A and follow into Roxbury. As you enter Roxbury the train tracks will be on your right. Take a right onto Warren Mountain Rd toward Warren VT. You will see a white Church on your left and a sign that points toward “Warren” on your right. Follow the road up and over the gap. (The road will turn to dirt for most of the drive over the top). At the end of the road turn left onto East Warren Rd and follow it into Warren Village. Take a right and travel about ¼ mile. Take another right onto Rt 100. Continue North on 100 and take a left onto Sugarbush Access Rd. Follow Sugarbush Access Rd for approximately 5 miles and take a left onto Golf Course Rd. Take 1st right onto The Maples at Lincoln Peak (approx. 50 yards). Follow driveway to the last building on the right; 130 Amber Way #4.
